What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you have opened or tried a product and are not satisfied, you are still covered under the Cowboy Guarantee — contact us for store credit or a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

What if I received a defective or damaged item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@bnbsoapco.com with a description and photo(s). We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible and cover return shipping in these cases.

All bar soaps are sold by net weight as listed on the label. The actual weight at delivery may be slightly higher because of natural variation in our handcrafted processes.

Returns and Exchanges
