Ordering and Shipping

Placing an order with Boots & Briskets Soap Co. is simple and secure. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll carefully package your items. We will then ship them to you promptly so they arrive in perfect condition.

All bar soaps are sold by net weight as listed on the label. The actual weight at delivery may be slightly higher because of natural variation in our handcrafted processes.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Our soaps and delicate items are personal and hygienic in nature. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened or used. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

We stand behind every bar we craft. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you have two options:

OPTION 1: Store Credit (Recommended)
Keep your purchase amount as store credit. You can use it on any future order. It never expires. Perfect for trying another scent or our whipped tallow balm.

OPTION 2: 50% Cash Refund
Receive 50% of your purchase refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to claim:
Contact us through our Contact Us page at https://bnbsoapco.com/contact within 30 days, including your order number and reason for the request. We’ll review and process your store credit or refund within 2 business days.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery using our Contact Us page at https://bnbsoapco.com/contact and include a description and photo(s) of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible once we have reviewed your claim.

Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee Refunds:
If you request a refund under our Cowboy Guarantee (within 30 days, unused product):

  • Store credit: Credited to your account immediately for future use
  • 50% cash refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Standard Refunds (Defective/Damaged Items):
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges, Return Shipping, and Non-Returnable Items

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Us page at https://bnbsoapco.com/contact and include your order details and a description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Opened, used, or custom/personalized items, as well as gift cards and clearance items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
